A gazette has been issued stating the regulations doing away with the full-face helmet rule and making it mandatory for both the rider and the rear passenger to wear protective helmets.
Under Section 158 of the Motor Transport Act, the Minister of Transport and Highways has issued this Gazette Notice on 7th July 2022.
